Hmmm gained a pound after last nights fuck up.....typical
Today has started well though, been to the gym and burnt 450cals and have eaten a bowl of soup for 110cals!!

About to go out to the beach though.....meant to be having a bbq, it doesnt sound like they are bringing a lot of food but I just dont trust myself, and what if they want to get ice cream?! I was so tempted to not go, almost didnt but my mum encouraged me to go grrrrr
wish me luck xxx

i'm not allowed to comment on pro-a since thye havn't approved my membership yet.

just wondering how did you diet in two terms to lose 15 pound?

for me, i almost excluded myself from dinner/lunch gatherings and ended up losing 15 pound in 2.5 months (less than one term). it was painful though. but the 2nd term i got to hav lunch and dinner with friends i didn't no well every day. the problem is this summer i started binging liek a pig...and gained so much weight. i have no idea how i'm going back to the first sem and avoiding eating with friends. it's just so much easier to go on a diet yourself. *sigh*...i wanna lose an avg 3 pound a week, but i'd need to go on a strict diet plan. or maybe i'll frankly tell my friends that i'm a on diet???

just did my best...which wasnt very good to be honest....it was difficult having all that bingable food around and people there. But i filled my plate up with salads so that it looked fuller etc and just kept going to the gym and everything....im much looking forward to this yr as im living in my own house with friends

3lbs a week isnt totally unrealistic, just work out all your cals and make sure you keep up the exercise- thats what really makes a difference i find! i dont know about what you should tell your friends....it depends on what they are like to be honest and whether you will feel comfortable with them watching what you're eating
